How is this program different than any other program out there?
This program is different because it’s a learning process. It’s designed to teach you HOW to lift weights and do certain moves. This way if you are doing a class or another type of workout you know if you are doing the moves correctly.
It’s also designed to get your body out of “storage” mode and back to burning FATS and SUGARS correctly so you can enjoy a normal lifestyle.
NO calorie limits
NO macro counting
NO intermittent fasting
NO “extra” stuff
It’s normal things you would do and that your body needs. Exercise. Healthy foods. Vitamins.
I don’t have a gym membership – can I still do the body reset program?
Yes! We explain how to modify if at home. I do the workouts at home or when I travel.
Why is the program 6-weeks long?
It takes approximately 6-weeks to form hard habits and allow the body to come out of “storage” mode. We want enough time to evaluate how your body is responding to the clean eating, workouts, and supplements.
Once I did the 6-week program I did NOT have to do the full 6-weeks again if I wanted to do the Body Reset Program later on in the year. It truly depends on your body type. Once my body was adjusted to the workouts, and I was consistently taking my supplements while NOT on the program it was much easier for me to lose weight, lose body fat, and tone up.
What equipment do I need?
2 dumbbells (5-8 lbs)
1 kettlebell or heavy dumbbell (about 15 lbs)
How long are the workouts?
Each workout should be about 1-hour.
How often do I need to do the workouts?
3 days per week

What if I am unable to finish a circuit/day?
It’s not the end of the world, but you really want to finish them unless you absolutely cannot move.
Are the videos/content only available for the duration of the 6-weeks?
No! They are available at all times once you purchase the program.
How long will it take to see results?
This is different for everyone! I’ve always kept up with working out on a regular basis, but because my eating habits were bad it took me about 4-weeks before I saw any change.
Do I need a body fat analysis test before I start the program?
No. If you want to keep track of your weight during the program that’s fine, but remember weight isn’t everything. You should focus more on how you FEEL overall after the program. Believe me you’ll start noticing a difference quick!
How much are the three supplements per month?
Each supplement is about $30-$50 per bottle.
I’m scared of strength training because I don’t want to bulk up. How do I prevent that?
I’ll be honest… During the first few weeks, you will feel like you are gaining weight or getting bigger. That’s normal. Mostly because we don’t have any muscles built up at this point which is how you burn fat/sugar. After about 3-4 weeks you should start to see a big change because you should be gaining muscle strength.
If you are prone to “bulking” then you can use less weight. But remember muscle eats fat. Once you build that initial muscle strength you’ll know what weight is best for your body.
Can you do this workout while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes! And no… Consult with your doctor first before doing the workouts, but you should be able to use less weight. Since you are very limited on diet you will need to discuss with your doctor.
Do you provide a meal plan?
We have a grocery list guide and 10 of Brooke’s favorite recipes.
What if you have additional calorie needs? For example, training for a marathon, or being pregnant or nursing?
Consult with a doctor. However, there is not a calorie limit on this program.
What do I do if I have a serious sweet tooth/cravings?
Haha I feel ya… I am a chocolate lover so I buy dark chocolate covered almonds and eat 3 after dinner. Enough to curb the craving, but not too much! Also, just don’t have it in the house!
I have _____ injury, is there a way to modify the program for my needs?
Listen to your body! If you need to skip an exercise then please do so. Or if you workout in a gym ask a certified trainer for an alternative exercise.
I currently have a trainer/go to a different boutique fitness studio – can I still do those workouts on top of the body reset program?
Yes! However, the after effects of these workouts will last for 24-hours so you do NOT need to add any additional workouts.
What do I do after I have completed the 6 week program? How do I maintain?
Celebrate! You did it! Haha. Honestly, the way I felt after completing the program was so amazing. I didn’t want to run out and eat something unhealthy because I put in some hard work.
Keep up with your supplements! Even if you aren’t eating perfectly anymore the supplements will continue to help with burning fats and sugars.
Personally, I slowly add back in things I miss or enjoy and then determine what I can eat on a regular basis. I stick to the clean eating diet during the week and try to only allow 1-2 cheat meals per week.
